The Club was formed in the latter part of 1951, they first played on a pitch which is now “Rife Way”. There were of course no roads or houses then. There were no dressing rooms, players came straight from home ready to play. It was a club rule that to play for Ferring F.C. players had to live in the area between Goring Station and East Preston Station.
Still playing on the same site 71 years later the club now consist of 20 teams, ranging from under 7s upwards.
In 2021 we achieved FA accredited standard are now one of the few clubs in Sussex that can offer a true pathway from Youth (u7) all the way through to County League Football
